Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Downtown St. Louis, MO at Union Station

Equis Hotels, in conjunction with Peak Construction Group and Chiodini Architects, is in the process of designing, engineering and developing the former Harry’s Restaurant location on Market Street in downtown St. Louis into a 131 room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel.

This prominent location is ideal for both corporate and leisure demand generators. Ground up construction in this market, which is difficult to develop, has not seen a new select service hotel in over ten years. However, Equis’ expertise and dedicated personnel will ensure the hotel is a financially strong asset for years to come. Amenities will include an oversized fitness center, building out 131 guest suites, an indoor pool area, an outdoor patio, 2,000 square feet of meeting space, and a 2,000 square foot rooftop event space that captures unobstructed views of downtown.

Equis expects the Fairfield Inn & Suites offering to be online in the fall of 2017 and open its doors in the summer late 2018.

Lot A Hotel Richmond Heights/St. Louis - Galleria

Equis Hotels is in discussions with all of the major hotel brands to finalize the development of a full service hotel in the Richmond Heights and Clayton area of St. Louis, MO.

The property will be located on the corner of Brentwood Blvd and Clayton Rd. It will feature approximately 200+ guest rooms, ballroom space, a 450 space parking garage, and a restaurant open to the public. Equis currently operates the adjacent Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis Galleria that has performed exceedingly well despite opening during the most recent economic recession. The depth of demand in the immediate market, along with high barriers to entry and limited new supply, will help anchor this hotel as a trophy asset in the St. Louis region.

Working closely with the City of Richmond Heights, Equis has been able to secure public assistance to help finance the construction and development of the project.

Equis expects construction on the Lot A Hotel to be begin before the end of 2017.

Home2 Suites by Hilton in Downtown Leavenworth, KS

Equis Hotels, in conjunction with the City of Leavenworth and Citadel Construction Management, are developing the former Knight’s Inn location in downtown Leavenworth, KS and have begun the process of designing and engineering the property to be a 100+ room Home2 Suites by Hilton Hotel.

An entirely ground up development will allow Equis to deliver a first class asset which will be the only Extended Stay hotel in the Leavenworth area. Amenities will include an oversized fitness center, building out 100+ guest suites, an indoor pool area, an outdoor patio with grills for guest use, and meeting space to accommodate corporate, government, and leisure guests.

Equis expects the Home2 Suites Downtown Leavenworth Hotel to be finished with construction and open its doors in the summer of 2017.
